Sorrel, Grand Marnier, Mezcal

Pensador mezcal and Glenfiddich Orchard Expression, shaken with Grand Marnier, lime and sorrel. Smoky, citrus-forward and herbaceous.

For the Cocktail

30ml Pensador Mezcal

15ml Glenfiddich Orchard Expression

20ml Grand Marnier

20ml Fresh lime juice

10ml Agave syrup

6-8 Sorrel leaves

Garnish

Lemon verbena sprig

Lime wheel

Shake all ingredients with ice and dump into a rocks glass. Top with crushed ice and garnish with a lemon verbena sprig and lime wheel.
