Peach and Earl Grey Iced Tea

This recipe uses Bitterlekker, a South African blood orange soda, overproof peach rum and blood orange gin. It's punchy, fruity and a certain crowd pleaser.

Ingredients

For the Cocktail

100ml Earl Grey–infused Bitterlekker

15ml overproof peach rum (Millions of Peaches)

15ml blood orange gin (Garden Swift)

15ml agave syrup

15ml fresh lime juice

3 drops Ceylon sour bitters

Earl Grey Infusion

100ml Bitterlekker

7g Earl Grey tea

Preparation

Build the spirits, agave, and fresh lime juice directly into a highball glass over cubed ice.

Add the Earl Grey–infused Bitterlekker and stir gently to combine.

Garnish with a slice of orange, a slice of lemon, and a fresh sprig of mint.
